Babys Profile

Jethro and Ana came with me on Monday to the ultrasound, we were happy to see that baby is healthy and strong and kicking more and more each day!! The doctor asked Ana what she thought was in mommas tummy and she said "a baby stister" and sure enough she was right, its a girl!! We are so excited, I was shocked I thought for sure it was a boy just because this pregnancy has been so diffrent from my pregnancy with Ana. I've already been thinking of room decorating ideas and matching outfits!! I can't wait, it will be so much fun to have two girls!
Last night the baby was kicking hard enough that Jethro could see my stomach moving and also was able to feel it, I love this part of pregnancy its so amazing to feel and see the baby kicking it makes it much more real. One morning I woke up and Ana had crawled into bed with us in the middle of the night and I couldn't help stare at Ana and wonder if this baby will look like her, and then I thought "Holy Cow, we are having another girl" and then I realized "Holy cow We are having another baby!" It was a reality check moment! I'm so excited and I'm so greatful to my Father in Heaven for blessing me with the ability to be pregnant and to care for his precious children! I know a few people who aren't able to get pregnant and my heart aches for them to have that opprotunity but I know that they are still bless in other ways to enjoy the blessings of children and Gods love and trust for them! I love being a mom and ever since I've become a mom I've come to understand and appreciate my own mom better! Thanks mom for all you do, I think its time for another trip to Gardner Village to show our appreciation plus I'm craving some fried green tomatoes!!

These pictures were actually taken a couple of weeks ago on a random warm day. Ana and her cousin Aliitoa had a picinic outside. Ana had fun watching Toa play ball, its always nice to have cousins over for Ana to play with cuz I know she gets tired of me sometimes.

This is what we've been up to in the evenings this past month. Jethro plays coed volleyball at the Lehi Legacy Center. Ana and I are the cheerleaders, Ana loves to watch her daddy play volleyball she is so proud of him, she calls out his name and makes sure we both clap when they clap after a good play! This has been our only time out of the house at night so we both enjoy it, I can't wait for the weather to start being more consistantly warm so we can get out more often especailly in the evening when Jethro is home, I love summer nights and can't wait!

waking the dead

These pictures of Ana are a little freaky looking. Sunday Ana and I took a nap and Jethro snapped some pictures because although Ana's eyes are open she was asleep. Its kind of disturbing looking at these pictures cuz she looks like she's dead but at the same time it looks so funny especially with that smudge of Doritos on her face.

The Twilight Obsession

Ok I'm sitting here laughing my head off, don't get me wrong I enjoy the Twilight series but I just don't understand the obsession, I'm talking about obsession so bad that you make a career out of your obsession. Check out this myspace site I stumbled upon. These are three young girls who've created a band around the Twilights series and their songs are all about the characters and storyline of the book. My sister-in-law will love the song "Sexy Vampire" hahahaha If you are a Twilight fan you will get a big kick out of their music!!

Fun times at the mall

Today Ana and I found a fun little spot to play. The University mall has a new arcade in the food court its like a mini mini boondocks, its got a variety of games for all ages. I took a few pictures of Ana on some of the games, her favorite was the carousel of course. Its a little pricey and most of the games only work with a game card you have to purchase, that eliminates coins getting stuck in the machines. Its a nice arcade. If you are ever looking for some fun game night out you should check it out.
